I live in California and am wondering if anyone might sugget
schools for psychology that offer programs compatible with
the ACT philosophy.

There are some people working on ACT at UCLA I believe.

There is a group of psychologists at the Palo Alto VA that are working on ACT. There are a couple psychologists at San Jose State who do work with ACT.

i think the training prospects for ACT are rapidly increasing all over the country. ACT trainers listed on this website make it a priority to make training affordable and so I think you will see that ACT workshos tend to be more affordable than most you will see, due to these folks commitment to give this technology away.

That's all I know of. Perhaps others might have some ideas?
