ACT for Substance Abuse / Dual Disorders

I'm organizing a newly-funded (SAMHSA) program to help homeless adults
find and sustain permanent housing. There will be me plus 4 Masters-level
social worker "Clinical Case Managers" and one part-time Nurse. Our
clients will be chronically-homeless, dually-diagnosed folks with substance
abuse and MH issues. We're located in western Massachusetts (Greenfield
and Northampton). I've been a student/practitioner of ACT for about the
past 4 years.

Questions:
1. What would be some Dyno-mite resources for training my team about ACT
- with special emphasis on substance abuse?

2. Do you know of any other community-based programs using an
ACT framework for a population like mine?
