This webinar will be focused on setting up the Matrix (a simple version of ACT) to almost seamlessly get to both In Vivo and Imaginal exposure work with trauma memories.

Learning Objectives:

1. Establishing a collaborative working relationship with the Matrix.

2. How to use "sorting" to move toward self as context.

3. Experientially getting at the unworkable change agenda.

4. Simple Values work for In Vivo exposure.

5. Blending (imaginal exposure)

While this seems like an ambitious agenda, we will us the Matrix to quickly overview 1, 2 and 3. We will then spend more time on objectives 3 and 4.

Cost? Students usually pay $10. New professionals $20 or $30. Seasoned professionals $40 or $50.
