Occuaptional Therapy and ACT?!

Hi there. My name is Tessa and I am an OT (occupational therapist) from South Africa working at a psychiatric clinic. I have recently become interested in ACT and how it may serve the population I work with. I was wondering whether anybody knows of other OT's working with or doing research using ACT? Thanks.

Hi Tessa
I am an Occupational Therapist working in Adult Psychiatry in New Zealand and trained in South Africa. Not sure if you are still interested in ACT, but I've been using ACT for the last 4 1/2 years and find it very compatible to OT philosophy and principles. Would like to hear from you or other Occupational Therapists using ACT. Thanks. Esthe
