Background training (during and post grad school) was in DBT from a functional/contextual perspective (ACT-ified DBT as I inaccurately call it). Provided ACT for clients who did not meet criteria for DBT.
Currently, I use ACT as the treatment of choice for general outpatient and incorporate some DBT skills (into committed action) for persons working on Stage II level of treatment - in private practice.
Also provide ACT introductory presentations/consultation services for various agencies and private practices in the Chicagoland area.
