I am a clinical psychology doctoral student at the University of Mississippi under the supervision of Kelly Wilson, Ph.D., and I have been a part of the ACT Treatment Development Group (ACTTDG) since 2004. Before I matriculated, I attended the first ACT Summer Institute at the University of Nevada, Reno, as well as an ACT-intensive experiential workshop led by Kelly. In May 2005, I attended my second experiential workshop at Camp Hopewell in Oxford, MS, and in May 2006, I attended an Advanced Practice workshop at the University of Mississippi. In May 2008, I attended the Association for Behavior Analysis' 35th conference in Chicago for which I presented reliability and validity data on the Implicit Relational Assessment Procedure (IRAP) and assisted with Kelly's two-day case conceptualization workshop at the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). In 2009, I presented data on values and values-centered writing at ABA in May as well as WorldCon in June. My research interests include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, expressive writing, values-centered writing, logotherapy, and emotion and mood.
